KINERGY Grants a Total of 7.72 Million Share Options

KINERGY (03302) has announced that on April 13, 2026, the company granted a total of 7.72 million share options to certain eligible participants under the share option scheme adopted on June 27, 2018. The grant is conditional upon acceptance by the participants. The options entitle the holders to subscribe for up to 7.72 million new ordinary shares in the company, representing approximately 0.84% of the total issued share capital as of the announcement date, assuming full exercise of the options.
