报告期内，B类普通股由上月底的3,616,900,834股增至3,656,613,734股，净增39,712,900股；A类普通股由702,579,449股降至695,753,099股，减少6,826,350股。公司在1月内实施了购回并注销11,561,700股B类普通股，同时完成了6,826,350股A类普通股转为B类普通股。B类普通股的增发主要来自股票期权行使及受限制股份单位（RSU）计划，共计行使期权新增6,148,250股B类普通股、受限制股份单位新增38,300,000股B类普通股。
快手科技确认，截至报告期末其公众持股量符合港交所相关上市规则，并已完成当月所有股份变动的董事会授权及法律合规流程。公告由联席公司秘书赵华夏签署。
