Universal Technologies Holdings Limited (Universal Tech) announced on 31 March 2026 that the 2025/26 interim report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews platform and the company website.
The board confirmed the shift to electronic-only distribution of all future corporate communications under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, which took effect on 31 December 2023. Key points are:
1. Scope of electronic communications • Documents covered include annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Both language versions will be provided online; printed copies will no longer be issued on a routine basis.
2. Arrangements for shareholders • Non-registered shareholders must supply a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary to receive publication alerts. • Shareholders without an email address on record will have to check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; only “actionable” corporate communications will be mailed in hard copy. • A printed version of any corporate communication can still be requested free of charge by emailing universaltech1026.ecom@computershare.com.hk or writing to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Each request remains valid for one year.
3. Contact information • Share registrar hotline: +852 2862 8688 (Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00).
The measures align Universal Tech with the broader paperless listing initiative, aiming to improve dissemination efficiency and reduce printing costs.
