Banyan Tree Holdings Limited said its 86.28%-owned subsidiary Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited will be removed from trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand with effect from Sep, 12 2026 after failing to lift its public float to the 15% minimum required by the bourse.

LRH shares will remain tradeable for seven business days, from Sep, 3 2026 to Sep, 11 2026, before the delisting takes effect.

The group and other major shareholders assessed options to increase the free float but decided they were not aligned with their investment plans; no appeal against the delisting order was filed.

LRH will stay a subsidiary of Banyan Tree Holdings Limited, and the delisting is not expected to materially affect the group’s consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026. LRH’s results will continue to be consolidated into the group’s accounts.
