TAT HONG EQUIP (ASX: 02153) has announced a change in its corporate secretarial and representative roles.

Ms. Hu Qianru has tendered her resignation from her positions as the company's secretary, the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and the authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). Her resignation will take effect from June 12, 2026.

Concurrently, Ms. Lin Qianxi has been appointed as the company's secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from the same date, June 12, 2026.
