丘钛科技（01478）8月24日公告，董事会宣布就截至2026年6月30日止六个月派发中期股息，每股派息0.15港元，股息性质为普通股息，派息货币为港元。
公告显示，该笔股息除净日为2026年10月5日；股东如欲获派股息，须于2026年10月6日16时30分前办理股份过户手续。公司将自2026年10月7日至2026年10月12日暂停办理股份过户登记，股息记录日期为2026年10月12日，派息日为2026年10月23日。
公司表示，是次股息不涉及代扣所得税。公告同时披露，公司目前没有已发行的上市权证或可转换债券。
截至本公告日，丘钛科技执行董事为何宁宁、胡三木及范富强；独立非执行董事为初家祥、付晓敏及许晓澄。
