滨海投资有限公司（股票代码：02886）2026年6月29日发布公告，宣布于当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股并将其持作库藏股份。
根据公告，公司合计回购股份5万股，占当日公司现有已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）的约0.0037%，回购价格为每股1.06港元，涉及总金额约5.3万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数为1,383,255,112股，其中1,366,059,112股为已发行股份（不包括库藏股份），库藏股份数量为17,196,000股。根据公告显示，购回授权的决议于2026年5月8日获通过，公司可根据该授权回购合计136,644,711股。截至目前，公司已根据授权在包括香港联交所在内的相关证券交易所合计回购股份38.8万股，占授权决议获得通过当日公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）的约0.028%。
