中通快递（开曼）有限公司（香港联交所主板上市，股票名称：中通快递-W，股份代号：02057）于2026年9月14日发布翌日披露报表，宣布近期完成多笔股份回购。
公司在美国时间2026年9月11日于纽约证券交易所购回454,122股A类普通股（约45.41万股），占公司回购授权通过时已发行股份总数的0.06%。回购价格介乎每股20.55美元至20.88美元，合计耗资9,380,979.80美元（约938.10万美元）。本次回购完成后，公司总计已发行股本仍为763,430,906股，其中包括557,330,906股A类普通股及206,100,000股B类普通股，暂无任何库存股份。
公告显示，公司于2026年6月16日通过回购授权，可回购总数为76,599,956股。截至9月11日，公司已根据该授权累计回购8,716,382股，占授权总数的1.1379%。公司确认，本次回购已获董事会正式授权并符合香港联交所证券上市规则及其他适用法例规定。
