2026年8月12日，先瑞达医疗科技控股有限公司（06669，下称“先瑞达医疗-B”）公告称，根据对集团未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月将录得不超过人民币80.9百万元的净亏损，而去年同期则实现净利润约人民币88.6百万元。
公司表示，业绩由盈转亏主要源于终止AcoArt Litos®紫杉醇涂层经皮腔内血管成形术（PTA）球囊导管美国临床试验项目所致。该决定引致约人民币150.8百万元（折合约1.51亿元）的一次性非现金减值亏损及相关一次性开支拨备。
先瑞达医疗-B指出，鉴于未来产品管线及美国当地市场动态的变化可能限制相关产品的盈利能力，集团已决定终止上述临床试验，并计划将资源投入其他产品管线。同时，公司正与商业伙伴共同探索新的海外项目，并将在适当时机披露进一步信息。
公告强调，相关财务数据尚未经过核数师审计，实际业绩或与本次披露存在差异。公司预计将在2026年8月底前公布正式中期业绩报告。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
