A former senior executive of 360 has publicly accused Zhou Hongyi, the company's founder, of financial misconduct, alleging involvement in falsifying accounts worth billions.
Yu Hong, former Senior Vice President of 360 and a core founder of the "3 O'Clock" community, reportedly made the accusations in private group chats and on social media. According to screenshots circulating online, Yu claimed, "I helped Zhou Hongyi falsify accounts worth at least billions—I have the data. I will expose everything online; all his gaming financials are fabricated." Yu emphasized that his account had not been hacked.
Public records show that Yu joined 360 in 2014 after Qihoo acquired his previous company, Youzu Interactive. During his tenure, he oversaw 360's gaming division alongside Chen Jie and contributed to projects like Huajiao Live and the Sogou acquisition.
When contacted for comment, 360 declined to respond to the allegations.
The claims have sparked discussions online, though no formal evidence has been presented. Investors are advised to exercise caution and conduct independent due diligence.
