谭木匠控股有限公司（下称公司）于2026年3月2日公布2026年2月股份变动月报表。报告显示，截至2026年2月28日，公司已发行股份总数和注册股本均保持不变。
公司于报告期内已发行股份（不包括库存股份）维持248,714,000股，未进行任何新增发行、回购、注销或库藏股活动。注册股本方面，普通股法定/注册股份数目仍为10,000,000,000股，面值为每股0.01港元，总额维持在1亿港元。
公告显示，公司截至2026年2月28日已符合适用的最低公众持股量要求。报告期内无任何股份期权、可换股票据或其他协议安排导致的股本变动。
