2026年5月7日，承达集团有限公司（股票代码：01568）向香港联合交易所有限公司提交截至2026年4月30日的证券变动月报表，公告期内公司股本情况保持稳定。
根据公告，承达集团本月初和月末的已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量均为2,158,210,000股，库藏股数量为0股，总股本保持2,158,210,000股不变。报告期内，公司未进行新增发行、购回或注销股份操作，亦无授出、行使或终止的股份期权、可换股债券及其他相关激励计划的变动。
公告显示，根据相关上市规则，承达集团就公共持股量进行确认并符合适用的公众持股要求。截至4月底，公众持股比例为公司已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股）的24.26%。
