Huzhou Gas to Acquire Property Asset

Huzhou Gas (06661) has announced that on February 25, 2026, the company entered into a property sale and purchase agreement with Ruxin Construction (Huzhou Ruxin Construction and Development Co., Ltd.). Under the agreement, the company will acquire the property from Ruxin Construction for a consideration of RMB 42.75 million. The property is located on floors 20-21 of Building 7 in the CBD East Zone development project of the Changdong area, at the intersection of Yingbin Avenue and Binhu Avenue in Nan Taihu New District, Huzhou City, with a total floor area of 3,265.88 square meters. The property is intended to be used for the group's technology research institute. The acquisition will fully support the company's business expansion needs as it transitions into an integrated energy service provider. It will provide adequate and suitable space for the technology research institute to carry out key gas technology research and development, accommodate the centralized office and research equipment placement requirements following team expansion, and create a modern research environment that is professional, flexible, and sustainable. This move will help attract high-end talent, enhance innovation efficiency and brand influence, and comprehensively support the company's high-quality green and low-carbon development.
