Dah Sing Holds Issued Share Count Steady at 319.58 Million in March 2026; Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Hong Kong, 1 April 2026—Dah Sing Financial Holdings Limited (DAH SING) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

The filing shows that total issued ordinary shares stood at 319.58 million, identical to the level at the end of February 2026. No treasury shares were held, repurchased, or cancelled, and there were no issuances of new shares.

DAH SING affirmed that it continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent for Main Board issuers.

The company reported no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible instruments, or other share-issuing arrangements, and there were no movements related to Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

The return was signed by Company Secretary Richard Tsung-Yung Li and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.
