ALPHA PRO HLDGS (00948) announced the successful completion of its share placement on November 14, 2025. The placing agent allocated a total of 28 million shares at HK$0.24 per share to no fewer than six placees.
All conditions under the placing and top-up subscription agreement have been fulfilled, with completion confirmed on November 25, 2025. The seller, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Miracle Planet Developments Limited, subscribed for 28 million new shares at HK$0.24 each.
After deducting expenses, the net proceeds from the top-up placement amounted to approximately HK$6.29 million. The company intends to use the funds to support the expansion of its dairy product business.
