香港兴业国际集团有限公司于2026年3月2日发布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报。报告显示，公司法定股本与已发行股份数量在2月保持不变，股权结构整体稳定。
公司目前拥有法定股本40亿股，每股面值港币0.25元，合计法定股本总额港币10亿。截至2月底已发行普通股约14.853亿股，库存股为零，已发行股份总数亦维持在14.853亿股，未发生新增发行、购回或注销活动。
在股份期权方面，报告期内根据2021年股份期权计划授出的28万股期权于2026年2月1日因行使期届满而失效，其余期权数量保持不变。截至2月底，公司尚有两项股份期权计划分别余下3487万股（2011年计划）及7740万股（2021年计划）处于未行使状态，未有相关股份因此发行或转为库藏股。
