BOC Hong Kong Sets 28 Aug 2026 Board Committee Meeting to Approve H1 2026 Results and Second Interim Dividend

BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited has scheduled a Board Committee meeting for 28 August 2026. The session will focus on two principal agenda items:

• Review and approval of the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

• Consideration of a second interim dividend for the 2026 financial year, alongside other routine matters.

The announcement was released on 18 August 2026. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises Chairman GE Haijiao, Vice Chairmen ZHANG Hui and SUN Yu (who also serves as Chief Executive), Non-executive Director CAI Zhao, and eight Independent Non-executive Directors—CHOI Koon Shum, FUNG Yuen Mei Anita, LAW Yee Kwan Quinn, Professor LEE Sunny Wai Kwong, LIAO Cheung Kong Martin, LIP Sai Wo and Professor MA Si Hang Frederick.

Company Secretary HUANG Xuefei signed the notice on behalf of the Board. The meeting outcome, including any dividend declaration, will be disclosed after the Board’s deliberations.
