Q TECH (01478) announced that in December 2025, sales of mobile camera modules reached 43.08 million units, representing a month-on-month increase of 13.2% and a year-on-year surge of 40.8%. Total sales of camera modules amounted to 45.938 million units, rising by 10% compared to the previous month and jumping 43.6% compared to the same period last year. Sales of fingerprint recognition modules totaled 17.947 million units, which increased by 0.9% month-on-month but decreased by 12% year-on-year. The announcement stated that the year-on-year and month-on-month growth in camera module sales was primarily driven by increased demand from overseas customers and a continuous rise in supply share, leading to significant growth in sales of camera modules with 32 million pixels and below. Simultaneously, sales of camera module products in other sectors continued to improve, with the Group's sales of modules applied in the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart automotive fields both recording substantial year-on-year growth. The year-on-year decline in sales of fingerprint recognition modules was mainly due to the fact that some products manufactured and sold by Q TECH India have ceased to be included in the Group's sales figures since September 26, 2025 (inclusive), with no such circumstances occurring in the same comparative period.
