Shares of CIDI-NEW (03881) have risen more than 6%. At the time of writing, the stock is up 6.18% to HK$24.4, with a trading turnover of HK$69.4912 million.

The upward movement follows a recent product announcement. On June 24, the company officially launched its TAG series products at the 2026 Asia Logistics Expo. This series represents the industry's first portable smart terminal designed for Vehicle-to-Pedestrian (V2P) scenarios.

This launch marks a significant expansion of the company's V2X product ecosystem, extending its focus for the first time to include the "human" element. This upgrade signifies that the company's smart terminal products and service portfolio now comprehensively cover all key components: people, vehicles, roads, and the cloud.

According to the announcement, the TAG product has initially undergone deep technical adaptation for open-pit mining scenarios. The company plans to rapidly expand its application to other high-risk operational environments such as ports, large factories, and logistics parks.

The product aims to address common challenges in these settings, including high personnel density, the presence of heavy equipment, and significant blind spots. The company intends to develop industry-customized versions for different scenarios, forming a standardized product matrix based on "TAG + industry-specific solutions".
