Chinlink International Holdings Limited has entered into a 35-month tenancy agreement for new Hong Kong headquarters space, according to a discloseable transaction announcement filed on 22 September 2026.

Signed on 17 August 2026, the lease covers Suites 3216-3218 on the 32nd floor of Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wanchai. The premises offer a gross floor area of approximately 2,500 sq ft and will serve as the Group’s Hong Kong head office from 1 October 2026 to 31 August 2029, inclusive. The agreement grants a total rent-free period of three months.

Key financial terms: • Monthly base rent: HK$90,000, payable in advance and exclusive of government rates, management fees, air-conditioning, utilities, and other outgoings. • Total rent over the lease term: roughly HK$2.90 million. • Security deposit: about HK$0.36 million. • Right-of-use asset to be recognised under HKFRS 16: approximately HK$2.50 million, funded through internal resources.

Under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, the right-of-use asset equates to an asset acquisition. The highest applicable percentage ratio exceeds 5 % but is below 25 %, classifying the transaction as discloseable; it therefore requires public announcement but is exempt from shareholder approval.

The landlord, Shui On Centre Company Limited, and its ultimate beneficial owner are classified as independent third parties. The Board of Chinlink International states that rental levels and other terms were established on an arm’s-length basis, reflecting prevailing market conditions.
