熙康云医院控股有限公司（09686）于2026年2月4日公布2026年1月股份变动月报表。截至2026年1月31日，公司已发行普通股总数为841,876,805股，注册股本1,500,000,000股（面值每股0.0002美元），两者均与上月底保持一致。
公司指出，期内并无新增发行、购回或注销股份，库藏股份数目依然为零，整体股本结构保持不变。公司继续符合主板上市规则所需的公众持股量要求。
本月股份期权方面，2019年3月29日采纳的首次公开发售前购股权计划失效990,000份，结存52,881,000份；2021年5月27日采纳的首次公开发售后购股权计划失效184,000份，结存53,397,300份。上月内并无因行使期权而产生的新股，亦无因行使期权而从库藏股份转让的变动。
公司在公告中确认，所有本月发生的股份相关事项均已获董事会正式授权，并符合香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。公告由董事长兼非执行董事刘积仁博士签署。
