截至2025年12月15日，帝王国际投资有限公司的已发行股份总数为1,850,425,060股，因此本次购回额度上限约为185,042,506股。根据公告，购回资金将从公司可合法支配的来源拨付，符合开曼群岛法律及香港上市规则的相关规定。董事会表示，购回计划有助巩固公司资本结构，提升每股收益水平，进而为公司与股东带来长期利益。
该购回授权尚需提交2026年1月9日举行的股东周年大会审议。此外，公司将于1月6日至1月9日暂停办理股份过户登记，以确定有权出席此次股东大会并投票的登记股东。上述购回授权若获通过，将于下次股东周年大会结束或适用期限届满前持续有效。
