The board announced that the group has initiated its strategic deployment in the healthcare sector to capitalize on market opportunities, and as a starting point, has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong (the Hong Kong subsidiary) to launch new brand series products and services.

Through the establishment of the Hong Kong subsidiary and the launch of the new brand, the directors believe these strategic initiatives will enable the group to use family health as an entry point to explore opportunities in building a health monitoring and management ecosystem as well as innovative medical operation businesses. In the first half of 2025, the group demonstrated preliminary results in the healthcare field, with the healthcare solutions segment accounting for approximately 19.7% of its overall revenue. Based on the positive prospects of the global healthcare industry, looking forward, the group will seize opportunities to advance its strategic deployment in the medical and health sector.
