本次回购后，公司已发行股份总数仍为217,905,298股，其中已发行股份（不含库藏股）216,424,098股，库藏股为1,481,200股。公司回购授权获通过日期为2025年6月25日，剩余额度为21,739,953股。公司同时确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
