2026年7月7日，代码01375的中州证券（中原证券股份有限公司）公告称，公司已收到普通合伙人中鼎开源的通知，中鼎开源已与有限合伙人河南资产基金及河南资产签署补充协议，对此前成立的合伙企业《合伙协议》进行修订。该合伙企业最初由公司于2025年9月8日公告成立。
根据补充协议，基金的投资范围调整如下： 1. 新一代信息技术； 2. 半导体与集成电路； 3. 高端装备制造； 4. 新能源； 5. 新材料； 6. 新基建与算力基础设施； 7. 以及经全体合伙人一致认可的其他领域。
在投资方式方面，补充协议明确： 1. 基金可通过股权投资、私募基金产品投资以及其他符合法律法规的方式进行投资； 2. 若投资于其他私募基金产品，其投资比例须符合监管机构的规范要求。
补充协议约定与原合伙协议不一致的，以补充协议为准；未作修订之处，继续按照原合伙协议执行。
