2026年9月17日，恒和珠宝集团有限公司（00513）发布盈利预告称，根据目前可得的财务资料，集团预计截至2026年6月30日止年度将录得不少于6亿元的亏损。
相比之下，截至2025年6月30日止年度，集团录得亏损约3.31亿元。按此计算，集团年度亏损预计同比扩大。
公司表示，亏损增加主要由于出售采矿业务所产生的确认亏损所致。
公告指出，上述数据基于集团截至2026年6月30日止年度的未经审核管理账目作出的初步评估，尚未经过核数师审阅及审核。集团最终业绩可能受到投资物业、待售土地及待售物业公平价值专业估值等其他因素影响。
