MEDIWELCOME (02159) announced that Dahua MC (CPA Limited) has resigned as the company's auditor effective November 28, 2025, due to a failure to reach an agreement on proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint RSM Hong Kong as the new auditor, effective November 28, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by Dahua MC. RSM Hong Kong will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
