AbbVie(ABBV)同意以约10.9 billion美元全现金收购Apogee Therapeutics(APGE)，以加强其免疫学产品组合，并加快其在呼吸领域的临床布局。
双方于周一联合声明表示，AbbVie将以每股135.11美元现金收购Apogee。Apogee股价于周一交易时段飙升约47%，AbbVie则升3.7%。
是次交易将使AbbVie取得Apogee处于临床阶段、用于治疗炎症及免疫疾病（包括特应性皮炎及哮喘）的研发产品组合。
该公司用于治疗特应性皮炎的主要候选药物zumilokibart于第二期试验中录得「具临床意义的结果」。Apogee亦正开发APG273，即zumilokibart与阻隔胸腺基质淋巴生成素的抗体APG333的组合，用于哮喘患者。
AbbVie行政总裁Robert Michael于声明中表示，收购Apogee进一步巩固公司现有领导地位，并强化向患者提供创新药物的能力，同时为股东创造长期价值。他指Apogee的研发管线加入高度差异化的临床项目，进一步扩展其强大的免疫学产品组合。
