The conditions set forth in the agreement have all been fulfilled. Both the industrial and commercial registration changes for the acquisition and the acquisition itself were completed on January 23, 2026. Following the completion, the target company, Hebei Kangda Co., Ltd., has become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The financial performance of the target group will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
