2026年10月15日，中国旭阳集团（股票代码：01907）公告称，于香港联合交易所场内回购公司股份150万股，占回购前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）0.03531%。每股回购价格在港币1.57元至1.60元之间，合计支付约237.97万港元。
公告显示，本次回购前，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）为4,248,101,000股，库藏股为206,085,000股；回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）降至4,246,601,000股，库藏股增至207,585,000股，总股份数维持4,454,186,000股不变。公司于2026年5月29日股东周年大会上获授最高可购回427,861,500股的授权，迄今已累计回购32,014,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的0.74823%。公告并指出，自本次回购后30日内公司将不会发行新股或出售、转让任何库藏股份。公司确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规，公告由公司秘书何沛霖签署。
