Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) said on Jun, 2 2026 that it has entered into an amendment and restatement agreement for its existing 600 million Singapore dollar multi-currency facility signed on Jan, 26 2023.

The revised terms stipulate mandatory prepayment if the manager resigns or is removed without lender consent, if a replacement manager is not appointed according to the trust deed, or if the manager is no longer wholly owned by Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.

Should any of these events occur, about 5.603 billion Singapore dollars of MPACT’s borrowings, assuming the facility is fully drawn, could be subject to immediate repayment.

The trust said that none of the specified conditions has been breached.
