Champion Technology Holdings Limited (Champion Technology, HKEX: 00092) has announced the appointment of Mr. King Hap Lee as executive director, effective 18 May 2026.

Mr. Lee, 64, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Xian Jiaotong University and an MBA from Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management. His corporate governance experience includes serving as executive director of Sino Oil and Gas Holdings Limited from September 2011 to September 2020, followed by a non-executive directorship at the same company until October 2024.

Under a letter of appointment with no fixed term, Mr. Lee is entitled to a monthly director’s fee of HK$60,000. Either party may terminate the arrangement with one month’s written notice. In accordance with Champion Technology’s bye-laws, he will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the company’s annual general meeting.

As of the announcement date, Mr. Lee holds no other positions within Champion Technology or its subsidiaries, has no shareholding in the company under Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and maintains no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or controlling shareholders.

Following this appointment, Champion Technology’s board comprises two executive directors (Ms. Wong Man Winny and Mr. King Hap Lee), one non-executive director (Mr. Liu Ka Lim), and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Leung Man Fai, Mr. Chan Yik Hei, and Mr. Wong Yuk Man Edmand).
