辉瑞公布GLP-1新药数据：可实现稳定减重
辉瑞2月3日公布了其超长效注射型GLP-1受体激动剂PF-08653944的最新2b期临床研究结果。数据显示，在为期28周的试验中，该药物表现出显著的减重效果，经安慰剂对照调整后的平均减重幅度达12.3%。辉瑞称，该研究达到了主要终点，且在转为每月给药一次的方案后，患者体重仍持续下降。在安全性方面，该药物表现良好，副作用主要集中在轻度至中度的胃肠道反应。基于这一积极进展，辉瑞计划启动10项三期临床试验，并预计在2026年推进该药物的全面开发。
