Juzhi Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Juzhi Technology) saw its second Hong Kong stock listing application, submitted on July 23, 2025, lapse on January 23, 2026, after the six-month validity period expired. Sunwah Kingsway Capital Limited acted as the sole sponsor for the application. According to the prospectus, Juzhi Technology is a manufacturer of maternal and infant electronic products, primarily operating in the baby monitor segment with the aim of enhancing the daily lives of parents and their babies. Over the years, the company has cultivated and developed its "HelloBaby" brand within the maternal and infant electronics sector. Juzhi Technology began selling baby monitors through Amazon in 2016, subsequently establishing a presence in major global markets, with a strategic focus on North America and Europe. To ensure stable and secure signal transmission, the company independently developed 2.4GHz wireless digital audio and video baby monitor software, enabling parents to view and hear their baby in real-time from a distance. The software also supports two-way talk and environmental parameter monitoring. Throughout its track record, the company has developed numerous best-selling products. For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, the company's sales of baby monitors and other products approached 1.4 million units, reaching a historical high.
