伟志控股披露截至2026年6月30日止中期财务报告，报告期内实现营收约13.30亿元(港币，下同)，同比增长17.9%。经调整净利润约2,814万元，同比略降1.27%。报告期内毛利率由上年同期14.8%降至13.1%。

经营现金流方面，期内经营活动所用现金净额约为1.31亿元，相较上年同期的0.83亿元有所扩大。成本方面，销售及分销开支约1,750万元，同比下降13.1%；行政开支及研发投入合计1.34亿元，同比上升18.5%，公司称原材料价格上涨及投入成本上升依然对毛利构成压力。

业务分项

LED背光为主要收入来源，报告期销售收入约13.06亿元，同比上涨18.3%，在总营收中占据绝大部分份额。其中车载显示器产品持续受益于新能源汽车需求增长，带动背光业务拓展。LED照明业务本期收入约2,421万元，较上年同期增加5.6%。同时，公司已停止半导体存储芯片相关业务，该业务对营收贡献有限。

公司展望

公司表示，下半年仍面临地缘政治持续紧张与国际贸易摩擦的挑战，宏观经济环境不确定性较高，同时新能源车在全球范围内需求强劲，将为车载显示器市场带来进一步发展机遇。公司继续专注提升成本控制与高端智能显示业务，以巩固竞争力。
