China Everbright Ltd Keeps Issued Shares Steady at 1.69 Billion in September, Confirms Sufficient Public Float

China Everbright Ltd (HKEX: 00165) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 September 2026, reporting no change in share capital during the month.

At 30 September 2026, the company had 1.69 billion ordinary shares in issue, identical to the level recorded at end-August, with no treasury shares outstanding. Throughout the month, there were no new issues, cancellations, share repurchases, option exercises, warrant conversions or other equity-linked transactions.

The filing confirms that China Everbright Ltd continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% for its ordinary shares.
