The first four documents are available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.tslj.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are enclosed for shareholders who have previously opted for hard-copy delivery. The ESG Report 2025/2026 is provided exclusively online.

To streamline future dissemination, shareholders are encouraged to register a functional email address by returning the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Key points of the new communication arrangement: • Shareholders who supply an email address will receive electronic notifications when new corporate communications are posted. • Until a functional email address is provided, shareholders will continue to receive postal notices of online publication and printed actionable documents. • Shareholders preferring printed copies of all future corporate and actionable communications may request them via the Reply Form or by email (tsl.ecom@computershare.com.hk). Such requests remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded in writing. • Enquiries can be directed to the registrar at (852) 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.
