However, some self-media accounts have exploited the chaotic "involution" phenomenon during industry transformation to fabricate distorted information and maliciously slander companies, which not only infringes upon enterprises' legitimate rights but also disrupts market order and impedes industrial upgrading.

1. Infringement handling results for account "Big Eye Brother Car Review" This account has long published videos containing numerous derogatory and insulting remarks across multiple platforms, maliciously attacking Great Wall Motor and severely damaging the company's image and reputation.

Following litigation, the court ruled that this constituted reputation infringement, ordering deletion of infringing content, public apology for 15 consecutive days, and compensation of 200,000 yuan. As the account operator refused to comply with the effective judgment, Great Wall Motor has legally applied for mandatory enforcement.

2. Infringement handling results for account "Yixxx" This account maliciously fabricated and spread false rumors about Great Wall Motor with egregious conduct, severely damaging the company's image. The company immediately reported the case, and public security authorities took lawful measures against the parties involved and issued warnings. The parties have deeply recognized their errors and actively apologized.

3. Infringement handling results for 6 accounts including "Heading North Non-stop" Accounts including "Heading North Non-stop," "Electric Plus Electric," "Leek Car Leek House," "Heading Northeast," "All the Way North BYD," and "Car Owner Chengcheng Loves Domestic" engaged in reputation infringement by publishing insulting, derogatory, and defamatory remarks targeting Great Wall Motor. Following litigation and rights protection, the operators of these accounts have fulfilled their respective obligations according to effective legal documents, including deleting posts, public apologies, and compensating for damages.
