深圳高速公路股份（00548）8亿元结构性存款到期赎回 获利574.82万元

深圳高速公路股份（00548）10月9日在上海证券交易所网站披露，截至近日，公司以闲置募集资金认购的两笔结构性存款已全部到期赎回，收回本金合计8亿元，并实现收益574.82万元。

根据公告，公司分别于2026年4月1日及4月2日，用闲置募集资金向江苏银行深圳科技支行和华夏银行深圳东门支行各认购4亿元结构性存款。两笔产品均于2026年10月8日到期，年化收益率分别为2.35%和0.38%，对应实际收益为496.11万元和78.71万元。

公司同时披露最近12个月募集资金现金管理统计： 1）实际投入金额81亿元，其中结构性存款75亿元，七天通知存款6亿元； 2）已收回本金60亿元，获得收益5,343.58万元； 3）截至公告披露日，仍有1.5亿元本金未收回； 4）最近12个月单日最高投入金额为30亿元，占最近一年净资产的9.36%，占最近一年净利润的253.03%； 5）董事会已批准的募集资金现金管理总额度为28亿元，当前已使用额度为15亿元，剩余额度13亿元。

上述现金管理事项已获深圳高速公路股份第九届董事会第五十九次会议审议通过。公司表示将继续依据相关规定和董事会授权，合理安排闲置募集资金的现金管理。
