Sidus Space shares jumped over 7% in overnight trading after a 20% rally in prior trading session. Sidus Space, Inc. is transitioning from low-margin contract manufacturing to a high-potential space tech and defense intelligence company, catalyzed by inclusion in the $151B MDA SHIELD contract pool.

Datavault AI shares rose 10% in overnight trading after announcing a strategic integration of its patented content detection, identification, and rating system with Fintech.TV, enabling real-time bias measurement, interactive polling, and enhanced viewer engagement across fintech and AI programming.

Shares of BRC Group Holdings gained over 36% in overnight trading after the company reported swinging to a profit in its fiscal third quarter, helped by growth in its capital markets business.

The holding company swung to a profit of $89.1 million, or $2.91 a share, for the three-months ended Sept. 30, compared with a loss of $286.4 million, or $9.39 a share, a year earlier. Revenue rose to $277.9 million from $175.4 million, driven by growth in its capital markets segment.

RF Industries shares climbed over 19% in overnight trading after the company swung to a profit in the fourth quarter. The interconnect product manufacturer on Wednesday reported a fourth-quarter profit of $174,000, or 2 cents a share, compared with a loss of $238,000, or 2 cents a share, a year earlier.
