同时，公司注销了74,541,486股未转移至股权激励计划的库存股份。上述购回及注销完成后，公司截至2026年9月1日的已发行股份（不包括库存股份）变为6,125,552,636股，库存股份数为52,934,289股，合并后公司股份总数为6,178,486,925股。
