Yuan Heng Gas Shareholders Endorse Capital Reorganisation with 99.99% Approval

Yuan Heng Gas confirmed that its sole Special Resolution on Capital Reorganisation—covering Share Consolidation, Capital Reduction and Share Subdivision—was passed at the 2 July 2026 Special General Meeting (SGM) with overwhelming shareholder support.

The poll recorded 1.85 billion votes in favour, representing 99.99% of the 1.85 billion total votes cast, while 240 votes (0.01%) opposed the motion. Exceeding the 75% threshold required for a special resolution, the proposal is now approved.

As of the SGM date, the company had 6.55 billion issued shares, all of which were eligible to vote. No shareholders were required to abstain, and no voting restrictions applied under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.40.

Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer for the poll. All directors attended the meeting, with Chairman and CEO Wang Jianqing and executive director Bao Jun participating via telephone.
