TYK MEDICINES-B (02410) announced that Mr. Zhang Senquan has submitted his resignation as Independent Non-Executive Director of the company to devote more time to other business affairs, effective from September 15, 2025. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhang will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, member of the Board Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee.
