海尔智家股份有限公司（股票代码：06690）于2026年5月19日发布公告，披露其于当日回购A股用于股权激励计划，回购数量为1,000,000股，约占该公司现有已发行股本的0.01629%。此次回购的平均每股价格为人民币20.95元，总金额约2,095万元。
公告显示，此次回购完成后，海尔智家已发行股份总数维持在6,253,028,411股。其中，已发行但不包括库存股份的数量由原先的6,140,509,025股减少至6,139,509,025股，库存股份数量则由原先的112,519,386股增加至113,519,386股。
公司在公告中表示，此次回购决定已获得董事会授权，并已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及中国内地相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司秘书伍志贤签署。
