On 22 May 2026, International Genius Company (INTL GENIUS) announced a series of governance changes, including one resignation, two new board appointments and an overhaul of committee memberships.

Her three-year appointment carries annual remuneration of HK$0.30 million, payable at HK$25,000 per month. She will serve on both the Audit and Nomination Committees and has confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules’ independence criteria.

Mr Poon Hing Tok, aged 39, was named executive director for an initial three-year term starting 22 May 2026 with annual remuneration of HK$0.36 million (HK$30,000 per month). A former consultant at Harris Fraser Group, Mr Poon later founded an investment and asset-management business in northwest China and has advised family offices and financial institutions across Southeast Asia. He joins the Executive and Remuneration Committees.

Following these moves: • Ms Yang ceases to sit on the Audit and Nomination Committees. • Ms Hui becomes a member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees. • Mr Poon joins the Executive and Remuneration Committees.

According to the announcement, as of 22 May 2026 the board comprises executive director Mr Pan Yongxiang and independent non-executive directors Mr Chiu Ngam and Mr Leung Oi Kin, with the incoming appointments set to broaden both management depth and committee coverage.
