On 13 April 2026, China Beststudy Education Group (Beststudy Education) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (www.zy.com). Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request.

Under Rule 2.07 of the HKEX Listing Rules, Beststudy Education has formally adopted an electronic-only model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders are encouraged to supply a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services—to ensure timely receipt of “Actionable Corporate Communications.”

If a valid email address is not provided, investors must independently monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites for announcements; only Actionable Corporate Communications will be dispatched in hard copy. Shareholders may still opt for printed versions of all future materials by submitting a written request or the reply form; such instructions remain effective for one year unless revoked or superseded.
