百胜中国控股有限公司（股票代码：09987）于2026年8月4日发布翌日披露报表，公告近期在香港及美国市场多次回购股份，并于2026年8月3日向长期激励计划参与人（董事除外）发行1,166股新股。发行完成后，公司已发行股本由2026年7月31日的343,150,072股增至343,151,238股，库藏股仍为0股。
公告显示，2026年8月3日，公司在美国回购了55,761股普通股，占回购当日前已发行股本约0.02%，每股价格区间介乎47.99美元至49.09美元，合计付款2,702,155.76美元（折合约270.22万美元）。此前，公司于2026年7月2日至31日期间，亦在香港市场多次回购股份，每股价格介乎323.99港元至370.79港元。公司表示，上述回购均根据2026年5月28日经股东决议通过的购回授权进行，截至目前已根据该授权累计回购4,266,040股，约占授权通过日已发行股本总数的1.23%。
