2026年9月1日，先声药业（02096）公告称，其与F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd（罗氏）签署独家授权许可协议。根据协议，罗氏将获得SIM0660（CD79a/CD19/CD3三特异性抗体）在全球范围内的开发、生产及商业化独家权利。先声药业将获得7,500万美元首付款，并有权在未来取得最高14.55亿美元的里程碑付款，另可按未来净销售额收取最高至双位数的分级特许权使用费。
SIM0660由先声再明的TCE多特异性抗体技术平台开发，可同时靶向B细胞抗原CD79a与CD19，并通过CD3介导T细胞杀伤，旨在在限制细胞因子释放的同时实现对B细胞淋巴瘤的精准治疗。该药物具有潜在的同类首创价值，适用于新诊断及复发/难治性B细胞淋巴瘤患者，尤其有望为既往接受过CD20或CD19靶向治疗的患者提供新的治疗选择。公告同时指出，SIM0660在B细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病领域亦显示出治疗潜力。
先声药业表示，本次授权系其肿瘤T细胞衔接器技术平台第二个实现授权的资产，进一步验证了公司在多特异性抗体研发领域的技术实力及全球化竞争力。
