KLN (00636) announced that Mr. Cheng Chi Wai has informed the board of his intention to retire on April 30, 2026. Following his retirement, he will no longer serve as the company's Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chairman and member of the Sustainability Committee, or as a member of the Finance Committee and Risk Management Committee. Mr. Cheng aims to dedicate more time to personal and family matters.
