Tianan Medicare (00383) has announced that its auditor, Hong Kong Lixin Dahao Certified Public Accountants Limited, has resigned, effective October 24, 2025. Following a recommendation from the company’s audit committee, the board has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd (Deloitte) as the new auditor, effective from October 24, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Lixin Dahao's resignation, and will serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
